RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

You have the right to return goods for any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

To make a return, several important rules must be followed:

  1. Return deadline- the return should be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. After this period, the store reserves the right to refuse the return.
  2. Condition of goods- the goods should be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, damage, or contamination, and in the original packaging with all attached accessories.
  3. Refund- after receiving the returned goods, we commit to refunding the payment within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing the order. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be made to the bank account you provided (applies only to shipments within Poland).

 

Please note that we do not accept returns via cash-on-delivery. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our return policy and contact our customer service department if you have any additional questions regarding returns at the email address: hello@labaseyewear.com

If you wish to exercise the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement, please download and complete the Return Form for Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement.

Please send the form and the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Make sure the returned goods are unused, clean, free from signs of use, and with original accessories. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the return procedure, we encourage you to contact our customer service department. COMPLAINTS

We are proud of the quality of our sunglasses and do not anticipate any issues with our frames. If you received a damaged pair of sunglasses, please contact us immediately after receiving the package so that we can resolve this issue. Within 2 months from the delivery date, we will be happy to assist with normal wear and tear that occurs during the use of the glasses, provided that replacements are available. After the period of 2 months, LÀBAS is not responsible for damage that occurred over time.

Remember to take care of your sunglasses, as they are small accessories designed to withstand minimal damage. In case of a complaint about a defective product, please contact us by email at: hello@labaseyewear.comOur team will immediately handle the matter.
